SOE Alumni of the QuarterThe SOE Alumni Association would like to congratulate Elizabeth "Liz" Hamilton for being selected as the association's first ever SOE Alumni of the Quarter. Hamilton is an outstanding SOE alumni member who has made a difference in the community of Guam. She is an ESL teacher at George Washington High School with 20 years of professional teaching experience. She has served as President of the International Reading Association, Guam Council and a columnist for Marianas Variety's Helping Your Child Succeed column. She received her M.Ed. in Reading Specialization from the University of Guam.
