Congratulations Fall 2009 UOG Graduates

Congratulations to all of the Fall 2009 UOG graduates, especially those graduating from the School of Education! We are very proud of all of you, and we're confident that you'll do great things for our community! Remember, together we can make a difference! I would also like to encourage all UOG graduates to join the UOG Alumni Association, and for those who graduated from the School of Education, I especially encourage you to join the SOE Alumni Association. UOG Alumni Update

SBPA Recognition & Awards Ceremony – Dec. 18
The SBPA Graduates Recognition and Awards Ceremony will be held Friday, December 18, 2009, at 11:00 a.m., in the IT&E Lecture Hall, Jesus and Eugenia Leon Guerrero Business and Public Administration Building , UOG Campus. Lunch will be provided immediately afterward the ceremony.


Planetarium – Dec. 10, 11 and 12

The Planetarium will host its December shows Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 10, 11 and 12 December at 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. The 6:30 show will be 'The Star', the Planetarium Christmas show and the 7:00 show will be one of the ‘pretty picture shows’.


College of Natural & Applied Sciences 2nd Annual Research Conference

Final Call for PapersDeadline: Dec. 18

The extended deadline for the 2nd CNAS Research Conference Call for Papers is December 18, 2009. The committee invites papers on agriculture and natural resources. Contact event coordinators gwall@uguam.uog.eduor mgolabi@uguam.uog.edufor more information. Click here for author instructions. The conference will be held on January 13, 2010, and will be followed by a grant writing workshop on Jan. 14 and 15 with Dr. Mike Harrington. The grant writing workshop is organized by T-STAR.


UOG Army ROTC Commissioning Ceremony – Dec. 19
The UOG Army ROTC Commissioning Ceremony will be held in the CLASS Lecture Hall on Dec. 19 at 4pm.


Fall Commencement – Dec. 20
Commencement Ceremonies will begin at 2pm in the Field House.
